Refund Policy:

• Registered Domain names correct or incorrect spelling are non refundable.
• Hosting Services early termination subject to 10% administration fee and balance on pro rated monthly rate will be refunded by check.
  

Shipping Policy:

• Many of our services are internet based and do not require physical shipping.
• Shipping fees and times of physical materials such as data backup CD/DVD ROMs, user manuals, or training materials will be discussed on a per basis needs.
